Member: 1039010 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 14 | Anyone succes with 2330 ???????????????? Tried every possible cable with and without adapter. Version V.02 worked fine !! V.01. and the latest one>>> nothing. Support? absolutely 0,0 !! This should be the official supportsite for Genie !! Look how many replies they make even on large problems as dead boxes. Look for instance at Z3x site and support. Updates come with good and detailed information. When their is a problem you get an answer from support before you touched the enter button. OK thats a bit to fast. But mostly within one day. I think Genie is with the last actions degrade to the second league.... And they dont have to work 24/7 |
