Anyone succes with 2330 ???????????????? - GSM-Forum

After update with V0.3 all 2330 run dead. Installed again and again.
Tried every possible cable with and without adapter.
Version V.02 worked fine !! V.01. and the latest one>>> nothing.

Support? absolutely 0,0 !!

This should be the official supportsite for Genie !!
Look how many replies they make even on large problems as dead boxes.

Look for instance at Z3x site and support. Updates come with good and detailed information. When their is a problem you get an answer from support before you touched the enter button. OK thats a bit to fast. But mostly within one day.

I think Genie is with the last actions degrade to the second league....

And they dont have to work 24/7

I unlocked 2330c version 8.20 two days ago with the latest update... no problem... don't know what went wrong with your phones...

i did have a customer with 5 2330 and the had tesco branding and he asked me to debrand the phones
which i did they had ver5.??, flashed them to 8.?? and they went in to "contact service"
all i did was unlock them with genie and phones's where back to normal
full signal and phones have not gone off.

had a customer that had to press power button on the phones at every stage on the clip to do his, not sure why???

but that tip may help you if you get stuck

yesterday i unlocked ver. 8.20 austrian network without any problem - box is updatet.

i unlocked one 2330c today with easy cable + genie adaptor, os 0.0.0.183, script 0.3

2330 v8.20 unlocked without any problem

ps. If you set wrong value on Genie adapter, you'll get error4. For me work on NC, when I set 10k I had error4.

what pinout you need?
just connect cable -> adapter -> box
in adapter set NC and that's all
