When Run BB5noTP Give this error "Exec err: 1"

No make any update or anything !!!!

We have the same problem whit our genie.

try the most important button of genie -> THE RESET !!
i have to do reset every use of genie

Hi,

Yes this seems like device is low on RAM, reset should be able to fix it.

And log.smx always error 12 and sometimes ok after several try.mostly after running fls5.exe log.smx will run

Hi,

Yes memory management is far from perfect. The applications and scripts
are getting RAM greedier after every update. Some day, maybe i will be able
to fix this as well. For now, HW restart is the only option.
