hello genie Team

i have bought new genie universal device.
while using bb5 no tp unlocker i always see this erorr.

calculating Er10x01

i have checked many phones with many cables
all phones show status ok
also i can restore back ok
plz help

i have used search search botton before making new thread

i have told in my first post that i have checked with many cables and many phones

how can my all cable damge
and also phone show statues ok with same cable

Unless you are using original Nokia service cables/jigs, chances that you use
good quality cables is almost 0 %.

Please use the nkt.amx script to check connection, could be adapter problem
also.

How to use nkt script, i have posted many times, just check older threads for
cable problems

Have you made sure that phone is in local mode, before doing anything.

i had the same error code it was a faulty adaptor got it replaced and its ok now

Just receive it
Tested and don't wanna works with 5800 and N85
Local mode ok, read status ok, unlocking error...
