If unit have hash 9DDB or BAF3 and laso have a PA-SL2 then possible for the sure but if PA-SL3 then not possible.

Hi,

We support all the latest models if they have PA_SL2 version of the firmware/PM
format.

The SL3 phones are not supported yet !

Hi,

You can check with BB5notp.exe. If it says PA_SL3 so it cannot be done using genie now, or you can aslo check in MCU.
