CAN´t use my GENIE box [ANSWERED]

I have new genie box, install fls-5 drivers, genie suite 1.14 but when try use the SLX remote tools show this error:
OBS in information says: Genie Universal Device v0.0.0180r and i have another question is right my genie box shut down automatic when i close rear cover? o when i not make nothing in the keyboard?

Hi,

First you need to use latest OS releases for your Genie Firmware and latest
log.smx to connect to Remote Tools. We are periodically fix bugs and update,
so its best to always use latest versions of all files.

About shutting down, maybe your battery and its cable overlap and it makes
the whole assembly 'too fat' so one of the keypad buttons is permently pressed,
and that maybe the '1' button - the one that puts device into sleep mode.

i can update firmware from v0.0.0.180 to 0.0.0.186 but i cant update to 0.0.0.191 because not found http://genieuniversal.com/downloads/DCT4Plus.exe is possible says me when can download this link?
