Can't Update Firmware [ANSWERED]

I Have Genie with v0191r the problem is i can't update to v0196

When i connected to "USB OS Update" it's said Driver Error:10 the my pc can't detect the Box.

after you run update os usb go to hardware manager
and try manually to point the driver to:
c:/program files/GenieSuite/Remotetools/driver/
also ensure that you have latest GenieSuite 1.14a installed including
Remote Tools 0.34

The Genie OS already 1.96r Sir, But now i can't access to FTP Support Tool it's Claim dongle not found..

And I have problem with the FLS-4 Drivers, i can't Uninstall it in "Add Remove Program" also with the phoenix program can't be uninstall.. it said RUNDLL Errror
