Dead device repairing [ANSWERED]


hi, i open a thread cause i cant find my post for show how dead my device, i followed all procedure with authorization for repair genie in bootloader now my genie start in bluescreen , then i tried to update os , goes until 99% sounds beep and give error:
Waiting Device..........Found.
Checking Device...Done.
Driver: Remote Firmware Update v 0.0.0.165


Connecting to server...Done.
Updating OS...Error4, 0x2
-------------------------------------------------

what is correct procedure ? i dont want kill again my device

Hi,

If your device has blue screen it's not dead, just need to fix your SD card.
Please update your SD card with the latest files and press Update again in
Remote Tools.

now i tried to upload os and is dead again same case goes to 99% , beep and dead , i format in fat32 , uploaded sdcard with latest files with client , any hint ? my device is dead for 1 month .

replace sd card then again contact with me
there is a problem in your sd card

Hello friend I have my dead Genie, problems on having installed the drivers of my Genie in way recovery, my PC goes out and goes out mistakes with the blue screen, I cannot install the drivers, already I have proved it in 2 machines, please help me

I have the same

Over and over the same 99%.

I sent my clip to my friend,and he told me that I am right.NEW CONTENT,ANOTHER CARD,FORMAT FAT32 AND STILL THE SAME.I think that remote tools 034 not working well on every clip.Sometime something is wrong,and always 99%,over and over again,and you have to sent genie clip to your reseller.
