Are there any plans to do this? By the way, what's the difference between a regular flash and a downgrade flash? Aren't they both just flashing with the firmware files?

Hi,

I think all 3th party flashers use a trick posted by Dejan. It works by destroing
a section in the security area that holds current mcu/dsp version. But the
power had to be kept off so the rom will not rebuild the area.

To work out this in phoenix maybe a small script is required to do this and
partially kill the phone, then flash as a dead phone.

Good idea to look into.

BR

Use internal Phoenix & tick at 'SW Downgrade & Stay at Flash mode' & flash the phone. This will allow sw downgrade.

Best regards
I was able to download internal phoenix but I don't see anything about downgrading. Where should I look? I saw some new menu items but none of them seemed to talk about downgrading.
