E51 contact retailer after RPL - GSM-Forum

Hello
I have E51. Before write RPL phone have SD failed. After write RPL with super dongle phone show contact retailer. I try now SX4 custom and write PM but always in test SECURITY FAILED and show contact retailer. How repair this phone?

Try to write PM with other box...or other PM

how many cost reparing SD with genie pls ?

if you get SX4 and write field 1 and 309 and all the time you Security test failed, maybe you have an empty HWC and CCC value, write from an other phone, like an RPL file or CERT file it's same,

if u have problem to write full pm.then write field 1,309 For repair security test failed.here is tested pm file.
