Hi,

I haven't seen this phone, but I suspect the problem is same as latest N96 and
5800 where the unlock code can no longer be read from the phone.

The only sure solution is RPL file.

Could full PM backup (crt, rpl, simlock), flashing lower ENO SW, code reading, flashing back 300.xx a solution?

I ask because not only new but even originally 200.xx phones seem to face this problem.

Phones which leave the factory with version 200.xx can't be SL2. If you upgrade to version 300.xx NCK can't be read out, too. But upgrade never makes a phones SL3 that was SL2 before.

Hi,

No those phones are not SL3. There is probably unintended change, that will
prevent reading the code from the phone.

About downgrade - really not sure, dont have any of those models, just heard
reports from customers.
