error 18 all the time [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

I have updated box and card etc but always get Exec err 18 when I try to run bb5notp.exe. Have updated card and firmware is 1.12.r. Have tried everything. Think the problem may be because I didn't update the box for about 6 months before. I have 3 boxes and they are all doing the same. Can product support help please, thanks.

Pm me the sn of ue clips hope fresh sd card contents will solve your problem
& bb5notp not working anymore use bb5all.smx
