Error (2EFE) - GSM-Forum

I am trying to log on to support and get the following:

FAILED ON LOADING THE SECRET VALUE, PLEASE CHECK YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION. Error (2EFE)

The genie FTP loads up ok (GU 2008 v0.2b), when I click on Access to support after 5/10 seconds I get the above. I have rebooted the laptop but still cannot get on support. My internet connection is fine. Tried removing the firewall still the same. Is the Genie server down?
