Errors related to Genie BB5 logger

Error 5 = server offline or bad internet connection
Error 6 = bad password/user or no enough of logs
Error 10= bad cable
Error 12= bad cable
Error 14= Boot Delay (higher up to 10000)
Error 15= model or firmware not supported
Error 31= update ur Genie with Genie client
Error 36= phone or HASH not supported

i hope this thread will help all users who have problem with Genie BB5 logger

i will update this thread with other Errors and thier salution in future

hope Genie users will like this.

Error14 mean In option select BOOT DELAY 10000

you can add it to the list

ExecErr:1 on Bb5notp.exe mean you need to make update SD Card..

hi

i have a genie Universal Box & i am geting some error from my genie box

when i try to open programs>nokia>bb5notp.exe>>run box command me ( NOT allowed )

for solv this problem:

i do it GenieClient full update ok bu problem same

i do it reset . problem same

i do this:: card reader.*DO NOT FORMAT WITHOUT BACKUP THE “ACCOUNT.INI” from the SD card folder x:\System\. Make sure this files and folder are placed back to it origin location. Example: F:\System\account.ini. All SD card formatting should only be in FAT32 format.*Best formatting in Window XP

again i update full with GenieClient but my bad luck problem is same

now what can i do to solve this problem ????

plz help me my card no: is :: 100404

Error 5 ....
It Also Becoz of Bad Communicaton with Phone (bad cable bad Tx2 Bad BSI Line Value) ....it comes in many terms
