exec err 26


been using my geni with no probs since i bought it when they first came out did one update and ok till i swicthed it on a couple of days ago and i get this error esec err 26 so i updated with the client and updated firmware but i still have this error wwhen i try to open any program ie bb5 no testpoint any one help please

check the security of ur memorie card
may be its locked and buckup cant be done.


If you receive any error:

1. Try to HW restart Genie and try again.
2. Open the back lid and check if the battery is connected.

For error26. Eventually this is the cause of result:

1. Opened device with miss handling.

You, have to refer to your reseller back for servicing. Before that. please refer to here: http://www.genie-universal.com/?page_id=17

battery never worked i have updated the card ok
