FAQ about Genie Major update 18-01-2010

Q: Can we repair super dongle key after this update?
A: yes we can.

Q: Do we need diffrent credits or RPL file for repair simlock data and super dongle key?
A: No. After now all RPLs Generated RPLs By Genie server iclude simlock data + super dongle data and cost 8 credits.

Q: phones with Hash 9DDB code reading is also free now?
A: yes Reading of codes on all models except PA_SL3 is free.

Q: can we still need to have 200 credits for code reading of sl1 and sl2?
A: No, No more need to have 200 credits for the code reading function.

Q:Whats the price of DCT4 Standalone RPLs now?
A: DCT4 RPLs are totally free now, No more need for standalone credits in the device to calculate DCT4 RPL files.

Q: Can We unlock Sl3 phones after this update?
A: No,SL3 unlock is still limited to beta testers only.

Q: Can we repair Damaged NPC (IMEI 1234....) phones with this update?
A: No.still not possible to repair damged imei of BB5 phones.

one question, can i read Unlock Code of SL3 Phones, like Nokia 6303.

Hi,

Phones before SL3 have the unlock code pre-calculated in PM. That's why
it can be read. In SL3 you have only hash of the code, so getting code from
the hash is quite a challenge, although from the screenshots looks quite similar.

Hope this makes it clear.

Already fixed. It is just un itiliazed var in the exe. Not coming from
the server actually.

First update ur SD card and Genie device.Than download letest Nokia Sl_x Remot Tool.So now need a Genie acount and than flow the pix.

if ur NPC erea is not empty, i mean if ur phone imei is ok than u can make it.but there are some problems with new update of Genie. its better to wait untill next update.i hope it will release in just few days.
