Hi

Ive used genie now for some time.
Today I downloaded new updates to my genie with genie client. When I try to update on my genie device I recieve: File error 7

What to do?

its simple format sd then connect to genie client and update it

No not that simple, I tried that but after formatting I recieve "Driver error: 1" when selecting USB Disk on genie

Hi,

Error 7 means your box firmware is up to date. To receive the update, for latest Bb5notp.exe application what you need to update your SD card with genieclient.exe and no firmware update required.

But man, i used the genieclient 3 times and the same bug, i'm not a new user i'm 6 months old here.

Since the first time it give the mistake (error : 7), but now I saw that was in the new version. Solved !!

I buy new Box and whant to update with GenieClient....

but cannot connect to server ...every time.....ERROR

can help?
