FIRMWARE 163r NOT UPDATING ?

Dear supporter i have just recieved my missing SD card contents from support and extract it in my SD card and know my SD card is totally updated for which thanks alot. Know i am tryting to update firmware from163r to latest every time it shows FILE ERROR 6 . Plz guide me howto update firmware successfully and one thing more i have downloaded latest suite 1.1 but after installation , it doesnt open and every time show SEND ERROR REPORT as previous ver 1.00 ios perfectly working very well . Plz clarify how to use latest installer 1.1 ?

Put this osimg.sef And try to update ..will be ok.. then update card with clint then run usb os update..then u will see use remote tool,then rul slx remote tool then use os update button in software..then update to 191...enjoy

sir its primary question but i want to know where should i keep this osimg.sef file in C prog or anywhere else and No 2 i have genie suite 1.00 should i use the same or install new 1.1 ? waiting for your kind reply and guidence sir ,

On SDCard, to System folder (replace existing osimg.sef)
