Genie box dead ??????? - GSM-Forum

I bought genie box believing that it will last for the amount of money that i paid for it.i ised for maybe 4 weeks ,than it started acting strangely and not work.light flashes and not come on ,so i sent to reseler,and he apparently sent to genie itself,2 weeks passed not a word from them ,and he doesnt have other to replace , and i m losing customer daily.
How long genie team tyake to repair them or replace it,????

Hi,

I don't have details of your problem, but it seems faulty device that needs to
be exchanged. Nothing to do with us (developers) - more to the chain: manufacturer-reseller.

u are the developer u say nothing to do with you.reseller say nothing to do with him. who the hell gos something to do with it. reseller cant exchange cos no stock of it,and has to go back to china to be repaired, just a bloody mockery. useless
