Genie Box not working - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I got Genie Box from my customer and it does not show any contents in Programs (Should Show Misc, Nokia Script). If I check it with card reader it do have all the contents. Can any one explain me how to resolve it.
I tried to update the firmware and it always says file not found. Copied the osimg.sef in system folder with required drivers as well.
Also I got the files from Genie support as well. Totally stucked up with this.

format yours SD card as FAT32 and after write content on the SD all should be ok :-)

You don't need to be rude. If you can't help its all right. My customer got this from genie team. And for your reference it is of 938KB. and If you extract the files it have all the files in side. Any other idea??

Genie Support can you please look in to this. Genie Serial number 101620. Thanks or might be send contents again to [email protected]. Thanks.

please format sd-card with windows XP only.
if still not works, try another sd-card.
