Genie sleep mode


Hello, I'm a new Genie Clip user,
and i don't know how to activate the clip again, when it goes after few minutes to sleep mode (display dark), if i press the reset button it works again (is this the solution ??), thx Berni

press "1" Button for a second and Genie will come out from sleep mode.

thx. for your help, is there any manual for using the clip, for example when do i need switching the resistor to an other size (1ok, 7,5k..) best regards Berni

Just try to set different resistor values until phone enters local/test mode. Every time you change the value, you have to remove cable from phone (or rj-45) and plug it back. If phone powers on normally (not test/local mode) then you need to set another resistor value aswell. If phone does NEVER get into local/test mode whatever resistor value you set, then you have to clean the pins of the battery in fbus cable or replace fbus cable for another one.

Anyway, this is basic nokia unlocking related, not genie specific!! Search for BSI on forum, which is what this resistor manipulates.
