Hi,

I have no idea what PROVIDED KEY is and where this log comes from, but I assume
is Configuration Key and Profile Bits that are all zeros.

The only way to do this with the Genie Logger is if you specifically use a simlock.bin
file that contain this data.

As simple as that

Yes and he generate rpl that got this bad info and now rpl is useless becosue he do fault and not use software like should and is write in manual on forum.
