i got an error during genie update at 99%

now genie display won't light up and i get the following:

Waiting Device...Found.
Checking Device...Done.
--> Genie in Recovery Mode:
Reading Data...Done.
HW Version: 1.8, Device Serial: 102xxx
ID: Genie Device Bootloader
Restoring Device...Error1, 0x5

Waiting Device...Found.
Checking Device...Done.
--> Genie in Recovery Mode:
Reading Data...Error3, 0x12

how can i solve this by myself?i bought this clip last year and i haven't been able to use it since.

please help me!
