We have the cable for flashing. RJ45 type. It is easy to make too.

can any one tell me what the procedure to flash 1325 which hang on battery indicator
and which cable is used for flashing
i try with com cable but my phone not detected

The application doesn't support COM port . Only Genie VCOM and Genie Cables supported. The attachment is the sample of the cable which we use for flashing, programming and etc. The RJ45 pin is similar with the cable which used on Genie FLS-5. Meanwhile, I will try to make a pinout for each cables which you all request, However, it is best to send me the pinout inadvance so that I can make a quick draft one for you guys.

Cannot log in ftp

Cannot log in ftp support. vcom greyed out on popup when vcom selected in genie getting error "failed on recieving of secret value"
I Try with fls selected in Genie get same error.
What is problem, I try with GenieFTP and GenieFTP_V0.2b.

Hi,

first, check you Internet connection, it should have direct connection with out any proxy, etc.
second, restart you genie device.
third, make sure that you have latest firmware.

Select COM port 1 to 10 on VCOM setting.
