| Genie universal problem [ANSWERED] i get the follwing errors: Waiting Device...Found. Checking Device...Done. --> Genie in Recovery Mode: Reading Data...Done. HW Version: 1.8, Device Serial: 102643 ID: Genie Device Bootloader Restoring Device...Error1, 0x6 -->You need to contact us first to use this feature! ------------------------------------------------- Waiting Device...Found. Checking Device...Error1, 0x11 ------------------------------------------------- i've been trying to update this clip for 3 weeks now. please help me |

| Your Sn Is Activated Now Please do as following: 1. Connect Clip in USB RECOVERY MODE (By Keep Pressing 1 Key) 2. Go To: C:\Program Files\GenieSuite\Remotetools\firmware\repair_dead_ device\System 3. copy this files into sytem folder of genie clip Sd Card 4. Run Nokia SL_X Remote Tool 5. Click On About Tab 5. Now Click On Update Os Button 6. Genie Should Show Blue Lcd After Complete Upgrade 7.Click Again On Update Os Button |

| ok please answer as i momentarily have no ideea what to do next.reseller says it's my fault as i "don't know how to update" and i don't need a refund of the money,but a working device.should i send it to aachen or not?please answer sir as i will do as you say.i am tired of trying to figure this out on my own. the instructions are simple and i have almost 10 years experience in computing.so following a tutorial is not a hardpoint for me. |

| I did sync via uGenie 35 , i have problems with OS update, i have now 0.0.0.191r Programs inside clip won't run. |
