Member: 8664 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1573507 Thanks Meter: 56 | try this Phoenix_Service_Software_2008_20_9_34260 or this Phoenix_Service_Software_2008_44_5_36625 remove everything [fls5 drivers, phoenix] and all related stuff. install Phoenix_Service_Software_2008_20_9_34260 after setting up the ports, install a 10pin cable in the Genie RJ directly [ this is the best way to test where is the problem]. and after that try to scan your phone or do other oporations.
