| I got today genie and first problems I got invalid SD card Hi like in topic I got clip with invalid SD card and when I put it to card reader computer not see it and to can work with it need format it now I can't use my clip can you send me my acount.ini file becouse I read that neeed this file to work with my device and how should folder in SD card see like what should be in what directory. ?? I waiting for info. bye |

| For customer who have accidentally formatted their SD card without backup may contact us at support@genie-universal.com for their SD card content. Please kindly provide your serial number which is behind the Genie device to us for the SD content. Thanks. Best Regards Alan Tan |
