more easy is the list of phones not support, because all bb5 since 6630 are support only sl3 not work !!!

need proper manual for genie clip man... rite now all i could do so far was install the Fls5 driver and got to update my clip.. but when i try to install pkd1 from the clip it asking for USB driver and i can't find it.. ... i think genie team need to rite a proper manual..first of all it hard to get phonex software... unless install fls5 to go support area... please write a proper man... i can't get to install pkd1.. asking for USB driver... helppppp

Apart of SL3 rest are supported. I agree with you the manual is really crap.
They have to work on that.

Safe to use on all models. If it cant unlock it, it wont kill it. So just unlock the phone.

Genie is the best and safetiest BB5 unlocking device comparing with some other box which is copied from other box and having problem on unlocking phones.
