most probably 308 has corrupted informations about fw version ...

It is strange because as far as i know we don't support yet the root hash
of this phone, although the CPU is supported. So the application should definitely
not reach the upload stage.

Need more info what happened.

but in ur page is Rapido Processor Supported:

is supported or not?

Well,

If you have the phones, you can test and let us know. We did on phones
that we can get. Some are available in specific countries.

For us version and model are irrelevant, we classify them by CPU type/version
and rootkey hash 'burned' in ROM.
