Sorry, it is sl3 phone and version. Now you lost cradits and I think genie team will not refund you cradits because of your fault !!

some few days ago i got 500 genie by 2 account

1= U-name : immb2011
2= U-name :immb2010

i used 1 account with a N-97 on this account (immb2010 )
after 2 day i got another N-97 for unlock .
but when i check my (U-name: immb2011 ) for unlock i sow i have 1 cradit in my account . now what can i do . how can i know wich box is used my account.

& how can i refund my lost cradit . plz help me . i am just shokd

i buy it from Didar dhaka

u said me u use immb2011,u lost credits from immb2010,then we just check account 2010,there u got u unlock a set which info is 354225032445616: Code: #pw+692557915837309+7#..this is from admin panel.. also u nt give me ur box id,so how we solve ur prob. bro pls 1st learn english well then write in forum....

so if anyone hack ur account,that means i use ur logs,u tell me this in mobile phone...anyway pls give correct info always to others if u want help.1st time u do mistake tell me that u use 2011,then we check 2010account.if u then tell me that 2010 acct lost credits there u refund ur logs 2 days earlier.
