Mesage for Genie Universal team, mobile smoker [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

I have 2 MONTH all day try to restore dead clip and NOT WORk .Is nt a normal think i believe.I m not alone in this .If you see forum a lot of pearson have the same problem.I believe genie universal clip is not only for SL3 phone .First fix this before work in sl3 .If my clip not work finnaly i migrate to other team

.You have a great team but now for mi is a problem without solution.Send to warranty cost a lot of money to send to Germany .Still i believe is a server problem.Y understand you have a lot of work ,but if you dont fix this you lose the most important think in a buissines : clients,trust,time and finally money.Time is money for all .Thanks in advance i know you find a solucion for this
