reads phone ok uploading sp data then get error19 any advice tried few cables but they are ok because they work on my other boxes.

product suporters give advice plse been waiting for days now just had box this week,2 first dc4+ trying to unlock was told does most dc4+ without patching especialy older models oh back in the the days used too have the prodigy box so old cusstomer still got em are they no gd now?were very gd at the time.

been waiting for a while product supporters or anone any help looks like product supporters must be too busy to reply.

its an ald version 4.90 so that shouldnt be problem what is error19 thats what i get.
