Try gain, the Phoenix can't finalize the flashing.

phoenix can see my phone with a USB cable PROLIFIC USB-TO-SERIAL, can see all information... but it cant do firmware upgrade... is the phoenix, or i need a FBUS cable ?

If you want to flash your phone, give it to some one who is a professional.

ps. 5000 is dct4, there is no way to flash it with USB.
