geniep.exe and drivers - GSM-Forum

i'm new user of genie clip
all installed and all OK,
the only confusion is that
1- runing geniep, pc detects genie universal, and ask for drivers that i don t find anywhere( I have phoenix installed, OS updated and think all done well)´
2- How to get user, password to use credits

If U can give hint, thanks to do, if U'll give advice like (use search , so i already did, so plz don t waste forum space)

finally, think that Genie is 1 of the best tools for servicing Nokia, but need a decent step by step manual, coz customer get confused between standalone, and pc, script and soft, fls5,pkd1....
much info and features, in 9 pdf pages is not well explaned)

HI
drivers you got in software directory after install it.
For geniep - software is DCT4PLUS1140 software need install on computer before connect clip and drivers are in software directory.

About login and pass you neeed buy it with credits from resseler .
You can't get it for free becouse this is service for witch need pay aditional.

About dct4plus software you got it in Genie Suite v1.0 then just download this and install and you got dct4plus too installed. bye

hi,
of course genie_suite is installed on my PC. and soft dct4 included in suite is installed, but when point to Drivers folder to install genie clip, Win xp give msg (no driver found)...so perhaps is problem on my windows???...i'll try other PC and see.

thx 4 your posts, I know that such problem are usual when first steps with a new box/tool, and after some days, things will be clear and easy....
btw, unlocked 5800 X 4, 3120, 5310,6120 with clip standalone and all OK.

about credits, Yes received email with details, Just got to fetch in spam folder, But that got to be written on manual, or instructions :
(After your paiment, you will receive email, with details of User/password...)

Hi,
long time ... since i asked for the clip from U. but U've always offline on sonork.

so,
i'm using win xp with sp2,
installed all soft, and all is OK...
I think that pb is in clip (not sure), but think after update OS to 181...
tried on other PC with fresh XP and the same pb...
Now i'll try update OS again, and see result
