How to install Qualcomm Drivers

first step done.
read infi is succes.
i unninstalled all zune and wp7 drivers.
after that i reinstalled zune and nokia flashing drivers.
after that , i connected phone , installed drivers, and after that i checked if phone is getting detected by zune..phone was detected..so drivers corectlly installed.
after that , read info was succesfull.
now, if i want to install bootloader or to unlock, software hang on change phone mode, and nothing else..phone is detected like qualcomm ind evice manager...and nsspro software hangs.
any instructions on how to proceed after reading info?

hi all
i have same problem with lumia 800,phone isn't detected as "mass strorage" but as "qualcomm CDMA MSM,," and in device manager i can see it as Qualcomm HS-usb diag,9006(com#)

can some one please share the good driver here (i m using xp )

Hi,

This driver comes from windows, no need to install it. Also the phone shows
as composite USB device - there is part that is serial port (for qcom dev tools)
and the MSM part that is visible, but not accessible in Windows. Can you
see NAND device in NSS devices list ?

but when i change to OSBL mode phone restart with vibration and is detected by windowq as "qualcomm CDMA MSM" and windows ask for corect driver and when i install with (msmdm.inf qcser.inf qcusbser.sys ,,) phone is detected as comport Qualcomm HS-usb diag,AND NOTHING IN NSS soft not detected,,

yes, this driver is ianstalled.
phones is detected correct in device manager, but software hangs.
wil lretry tonight with clean pc, just win xp sp3 installed, and zune with nokia drivers..to see if i get it worked.
