I meet this problem, how to solve?

just go to settings and check allow long server timout

my calculation is in 30%

I have same problem when creat admin or user account ,even check allow long server timout,it *****,take my time 2h

Hi,

If you can't connect to your own server best to check if it is really working
and if you gave correct IP address in the monitor instance.

I have try both LAN IP and IP from the modem(external IP) don't work too

Can you take a look is it the right IP and setting?

i do auto fill and software appearts with first picture and second picture i try to create account,but alway get error 3,5

Hi,

The first test is to do on the same PC:

1. Run NSS, go to server tab and start it(make sure no error in the bottom bar)
2. Go to the folder and double click on NSS again to run second instance
3. Go to User Account,
4. Put test/test for un and pw, click Save
5. Check Use Local IP, put 127.0.0.1 and click Check, you should get:

Checking LocalMachine data...Done.
Will try to connect to: LocalMachine
Connecting...Error2, 6
Wrong UN/PW most probably.

If this doesn't work, this means the server is not running for some reason.

Do everything,but can't make software work,cost me 2 days already,its nice software
only SERVER option is working with Autofill and register to public
