how to use phoenix in dead usb? Does not allow to tick dead usb can guide me thanks

This was discuss several times: open manage conections and set no conection and apply settings;after this setting the dead usb button will be active.

Connected FLS device type: FLS-5 in USB port
Error: FLE5 Driver not installed

I installed drivers without errors

after instal fls 2-9-08 this error again Boot code is invalid
