Hi,
is Phoenix already installed your machine?
if yes, you need to connect Genie via USB and then:
go to menu->programs->nokia->FLS5.exe
after it will ask for drivers, install them, and it should work.

if phonix is not installed:
1. run phoenix installer
2. while phoenix shows nokia tools drivers installation,
attach Genie via USB
3. click left ->menu
4. go to ->programs->nokia->PKD1.exe
5. run phoenix installer
