Problem with updating Genie


Hi. Im trying to update clip with Genie Client. I press "get drive", select LABEL "GENIE 10xxxxx", press update, on the bottom appears "busy" and after 15-20 seconds on the bottom "Error!". Checked on 2 different PC's. If I try through "firmware update" then I get "Error 7".

What problem is it? Other functions seems working normally.

server is working now. But I still get exactly same error when updating genie. Whats wrong?

i have the same problem, i had to erase sd card and server is online but said error when trying to update
