RemoteTools Error:11 on read ask - GSM-Forum

Hi guys - any help with this? read info works fine but every time i try read ask i get Error 11:

Cable problem use good 10pin cable best from GPG and all will work ok.

Errr, seems that you trying to unlock dct4+ phone
