Request for Genie Universal Clip [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hi,

as everybody know genie is clip and should/could work standalone w/o PC.

Can You (Alex) add to clip unlocking BB5 hash 9DDB? [(code reading or rpl) at the moment this is not a secret]

Can You add to clip full dct4 unlocker via fbus (because sometimes customers block keypad counter)?

I hope many genie owners think same and you listen yours customers.

Hi,

Yes, all this is planned, soon we will have unlocker for all BB5 phones, standalone. SL3 will be supported, but via log only for later processing.

About DCT4 phones, we do upload RPL to unlock, blocked counter shouldn't
matter.

Im not mean dct4+ like 2630 and others, I mean dct4 phones like 6230, 3100 and others witch are not supported for unlock via "rsa" rpl unlock.

Yes.

Everyday i have 3-4 old dct4.

Good to hear! We made one of he first applications for Genie to do this, but
was never released. Maybe i will find some free time to bring it upto date.
