ScBuild--BAD plz product supporter

i have a genie Universal Box & i am geting some error from my genie box

when i try to open programs>nokia>bb5notp.exe>>run box command me ( NOT allowed )

for solv this problem:

i do it GenieClient full update ok bu problem same

i do it reset . problem same

i do this:: card reader.*DO NOT FORMAT WITHOUT BACKUP THE “ACCOUNT.INI” from the SD card folder x:\System\. Make sure this files and folder are placed back to it origin location. Example: F:\System\account.ini. All SD card formatting should only be in FAT32 format.*Best formatting in Window XP

again i update full with GenieClient but my bad luck problem is same


now what can i do to solve this problem ????

in clip-mode, press left button "MENU", then select "ABOUT".
now have a look at the line "ScBuild", there should be something like: "v 0.0.0.66 - BAD

now how can i ok it plz hel me as soon as possible

This mean clip not have system key correct and need send back to resseler to exchange nothing more can help. bye
