Where I find this FLE5 driver, its not on site

Able to read phone? If yes, check VPP. If no, check RX, TX, RX2, Mbus.

Have dead 6151 can this be revive by usb, if so what cable I use.

When you phone supports usb dead flashing, and UPDAPP area not damaged,
you can revive it with usb, in other case only FBUS cable will help you.
