Why to waste time for that 3 years old pone(i450)?
Is spam because it has nothing to do with clip features what You requested.

Thanks to burebista and mobile smoker.I need to know if genie unlock this phone.Is samsung phone but inside is nokia.Only a good answer not jokes

Some Samsung Have S60v3 & S60v5
Symbian Os Is No Matter Like Htc Android & Samsung Android
The Hardware & Security Is Totally Different
For Ex: N97 Has S60v5 But You Cant Unlock It Direct
& Samsung i8910 Has Also Same S60v5 But You Can Unlock It Directly
So Better To Ask About Samsung In Z3x,Nspro,Ust et....
Hope Now You Can Uderstand The Difference
