hi team
i would ask for no limite speed for downloading @ftp support .
we have 15 file / day np for this but we would download at a big speed , now max is 35 or 40 Kb/S , and i tray to download file with 230Mb with out succes since 2 days .
now the speen at 130Mb downloaded is 7 kb/s

Ps: i have a 5 MB downloading dsl speed .
and im downloading at very big speed from other .

If you got genie universal just use FTP software and you will got support access. bye

If you can provide me your IP, I will check on it. For the pass few days we will updating the server and the speed was abit slow. But now it should be fine.

We found the problem occurred. Your network and ours is working fine. Just that you need to tune up your Window. Link: http://www.speedguide.net/files/TCPOptimizer.exe

Try now. We are working on some bugs fixing and had increased the limitation of files download to 20 times a day. Is it enough?

We have scan it with updated original license Norton internet security 2008 and it safe to use. Maybe the files infacted by your PC or so. Maybe you can try rescan all your PC.
