can someone confirm if Tool v0.4 is working as i try on 2 diffrent computer still not working for me. also could some one post instruction on how to install it incase if i am doing somthing wrong.

1. Did you updated you Genie to latest firmware???
2. Did you installed Phoenix??
3. Try to use Genie over USB Hub.
4. Good Luck

Itried all these but still can't connect and always ger error.

FLS5 detected on Serial Port:31
Setting Baudrate to 230400:OK
Genie Lecense: error

Mr support where r u? i need to do sx4 operation by Genie,i repaird phone by your logger but MT says check phone security and can't complete sx4 process,then why do i get the mentioned error on the post above?

The problem is that there is SUPER_DONGLE damaged, so no chance to write good PM

You need original RPL.

Bro,i know what exactly the MT error means,but i repaired this phone via logger server of Genie using credits,according to what they claim it MUST have no more problem,besides PM tool does not work for me,at least i could do sx4 via this server,i'm getting disappointed buying GENIE,the functionality or let's call it support is not as good as it sees, (or maybe i'm not clever enough) anyway hope the supporter come up with help to us

uninstall phoenix and fls drivers the reinstall fls_2_09_08 drivers and problem will be solved.

1. the version i have is 0.0.0.161r is this the correct version to have to run the tool 4. also i tried to go to mode then firmware update when i press select on display is says checking file then file error 7. any idea why this is happening?
2. Phoenix is installed.
3.do i use the usb hub of the genie on computer?

Read faq's on right hand side for a special file for deleting the fls drivers and phoenix

install latest phoenix. Download and run this then install the earlier fls drivers.

uninstal FLS driver first then reinstal fls_2_09_08

use this file if u have problem when uninstal driver
