| re support it seems to me all unlocking support for all products are the same,you get no support, you have to rely on other users, i have just purchased genie and asked a simple question about dct4 calculator but no response, maybe i should have purchased cylcone as was same price new as i paid for 2nd hand genie all i needed to know was where does the unlock code get saved when using calculator for unlock and if you need credits just to use this, i also need a username anad password so i can buy credits as seller said he had but not sent them. not hard question but looking at forums for other boxes and dongles all seems the same. onlyone that seem to respond is new HTC Dongle |
