Unlock 5800D [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hi,

Sorry to ask a question which has been asked before, I have spent over 3/2 hour reading all the many requests to unlock 5800d (3).
My problem:
I connect genie with a NEW 10pin cable
- tryed BB5all - no go, says its unlocked but when checking Detect it shows all locks closed, did try a voda sim but still locked.
I then tryed SLX Remote tools v1.0.0.34 setting genie to FLS5 via unlock
- connect - Waiting device ........ Not found. try several times same report.
Tryed - RPL via Repair tab - connect - Waiting device ........ Not Found.
tryed several times, nothing. The phones show its in Local Mode - the sofware is v30.0.011
Some say this is SL3 some say its not, I can only assume it is SL3?????
Someone help with the right advice please.

The phones show its in Local Mode - the sofware is v30.0.011
Some say this is SL3 some say its not, I can only assume it is SL3?????
Someone help with the right advice please.

use "read ask" and after write rpl, will open the rpl's folder, choose the correct rpl for write.

Look at hash, its not SL3.

I no longer have have this phone, gave it back to the customer locked.

This RPL is not Saved In Remote Tools Folder, Not on any of the 4 partitions on 2 HDD on my laptop?????
Everything said the phone was unlocked but it was'nt.
I still suspect this phone was encrypted SL3 although unusual.
The age was approx 1 year.
It was on the 3 network.
We will never no.
