unlock E72 [ANSWERED]

Hi all, can someone please show me how to enter the codes into my Nokia E72. ordered the code but when i press the * key to generate

+, p and w like it's done with all other nokia phones, i don't get these letters.

have tried with sim inside and not inside and the story is no different.

have followed the instructions i know but seems E72 doesn't work with pressing the * key to generate +,p and w

it's a new phone and i haven't tried inputing the code because of this challenge.


someone suggested this key combinations work and i want a second opinion if it is so.

DON'T WANT TO LEAVE ROOM FOR ERRORS AS I ONLY HAVE THREE ATTEMPTS.

# = Letter J
P = Letter P
W = Letter W
+ = Letter I

someone suggested using genie universal and fbus to enter the code but i have no clue how to do that.could you show me how to do this if it's possible????

what is remote tool and how do i come by one? don't have the fbus cable for this model as yet. only have usb cable. what do i do???
