update my clip error (firmware v 0.0.0.180r) - GSM-Forum

i've updated through SD card by ugenie several times
Everytime I select firmware update I get file error:6

Getting error when trying to run any program.

I followed the instructions in this solution but its not working :

1- first update by genie client, then
2- donwload remote tools 0.32, unpack
3- open firmware folder then
4- update_old_device folder
5- open system folder
6- copy the 4 files : dUpd.sys, dUpdU.sys, history.txt, osimg.sef
7- open your genie clip by usb, then rewrite the 4 files into system folder
9- restart you clip, update firmware as usual
10- restart your clip select mode usb OS Update
11- open remote tools 0.32 in about tab select update OS
12- restart your clip...

ican't update by geneiclient.

plz help me

I use sonork from 3 years and never pay even 1 usd for use it !! !! !!
And He write contact on MSN mean MICROSOFT LIVE COMUNICATOR that is free too.
