You are ripped many Customer and Reseller for Genie kredit.

when willbe refund our Money or doing some change new server kredit.

Man be a man after 2 years you ask for refound and you think you will get anything ?
This is lost case.
If you pay by paypal or bank transfer just go to police and tell they that you was cheated and give they all person detail that you send money in legal way and here nothing will be changed.
